1. RETURN

We totally get it, sometimes you need to break up with your online purchase. It's okay, we won't hold it against you. That's why we've made our return policy as easy as possible.

If you've decided that the product just isn't the one for you, no problem! You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your unused item for a full refund.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Please email us at boomerang@harpercollective.co.uk
  2. Explain the reasons , because we love emails almost as much as we love refunds.
  3. Once agreed Our shippers will email you a return label and instructions. Follow these carefully, because we don't want any damaged items or lost parcels.
  4. Pack the item in its original packaging. We only accept returns of unused items in their original condition, so please don't send us any items that have been used as a prop for your Instagram pics.
  5. Print the return label and attach it to the package, making sure it has all the necessary details. Don't forget your name, address, phone number, and the item number/description. It's like a love letter, but better.
  6. Contact the shipper to schedule the pickup. You have 14 days from the day you let us know you're returning the item, so don't wait too long!
  7. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for online purchases. But don't worry, you can always place a new order for the right item. Just make sure to return the unwanted item within 14 days of receipt, and we'll give you a full refund.

Oh, and if you've personalized your item, we're sorry but we can't accept a return. It's like trying to break up with someone after you've gotten matching tattoos. It's just not gonna work out.

2. RIGHT TO CANCEL

No need to be shy if you change your mind about that purchase! You've got 14 days to cancel the sale contract without any explanation needed. That's right, you don't have to come up with any elaborate excuses. Just let us know by emailing Boomerang@harpercollective.co.uk. We'll shoot you a message back to confirm we got your request. Just make sure you let us know before the deadline, which is 14 days after you (or someone you designated) got their hands on the product(s).


3. EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

If you decide to change your mind and want to cancel your purchase, don't worry - we won't leave you hanging! We'll give you a full refund, including the delivery costs (except for any fancy-shmancy shipping options you might have chosen).

Now, here's the deal: if you went all Hulk on the products and caused some damage, we'll have to deduct some cash for the loss in value. So please don't treat them like punching bags, okay?

But hey, we're not going to drag our feet on this. We promise to reimburse you ASAP, within 14 days of finding out you want out of the deal. And we'll send it back to you using the same payment method you used in the first place, unless you want to shake things up and try something new (in which case, let us know!).

If you're returning the goods, we'll come and pick them up in the way described in the email. We'll cover those costs, so no worries there. And if you didn't handle them with the care they deserved, we might have to take some extra cash off the refund. So, please don't go all Bear Grylls on the products and try to test their limits beyond what's necessary to check them out. And, please, follow the instructions for sending them back. If you go rogue and send them back on your own, you'll have to cover the cost, and we can't be responsible for any damages or losses that might happen along the way.


4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We work really hard to keep our site running smoothly and free from pesky viruses and malware. However, we can't control the internet, so it's up to you to take precautions to protect your computer when using our site. If something does go wrong, we're sorry, but we can't be held responsible for any losses or damages that weren't caused by our own mistakes. So, if you accidentally spill coffee on your computer while browsing our site, that's on you (and maybe switch to a spill-proof mug next time).In any case, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you bought from us. But don't worry, we'll still do our best to make things right if there's a problem. And of course, all of your statutory rights are still in place.


5. WARRANTY

We want you to know that you're entitled to some serious warranty protection. Legally speaking, that is. If you happen to receive a product that's not up to snuff, we've got your back.

We promise to fix or replace any goods (or parts) that are lacking in conformity at the time of delivery, free of charge. And if the cost of repair is just way too high or the repair is impossible, we'll even exchange the whole article.

Now, we know you're a responsible person, but just to be clear, the burden of proof is on you to show that any defects that appear after six months were actually there at the time of delivery. We don't want any funny business, you know.

So go ahead and shop with confidence, knowing that we've got your warranty needs covered.

7. THE SAVVY SHOPPER!

We know you love our brand and all our cool product names (seriously, have you seen our latest collection? It's fire!). But just a heads up, all those trademarks and trade names belong to us.

Basically, you can't go around using our stuff without our permission. However, if you have any other plans for our materials, like modifying or distributing them, we just kindly ask that you get our written consent first. It's not that we don't trust you, we just want to make sure we're on the same page.

We want you to know that we love it when people get inspired by our fully transparent production collective. So, go ahead and copy to your heart's content! We're not trying to be stingy here.
